Presenting a high level of sophistication in the construction details, Casa Wisdom by Rúben Muedra Arquitectura is a detached single-family house located in the exclusive Torre en Conill urbanization in Bétera, next to the Escorpión Golf Course.
The rectangular-shaped plot, bordered by Rosinyol Street (southeast), a green area (south) and the Golf Course (northwest), has a total surface area of 900.00m2.
The house is made up of 3 different floors, with a total built area of 832 m2 (1,026 m2 including Porches and Terraces).
The semi-basement floor consists of the leisure program and multi-purpose rooms, the first floor houses the entire day program in a large open-plan space, and the first floor houses the night program.
In addition to the semi-basement, the two above-ground prisms that make up the overhead volume of the house respond to the surroundings with large openings to the south and east, and with absolute openness in the views towards the golf course.
Even the ground floor rises above the natural ground level to give way to longer views.
In order to make better use of the free outdoor space, a large semi-basement floor has been designed with 12 rooms for main use (in addition to the service rooms themselves), illuminated by two large outdoor patios and two indoor patios, as well as the ramp and the swimming pool itself.
Thus, it has high-quality natural lighting and ventilation, while at the same time guaranteeing the user’s privacy in spaces such as the gym, the indoor swimming pool, the multi-purpose room, the music room, etc.
It also includes a large garage for 5+2 vehicles.
The ground floor, practically diaphanous in its distribution, has a triple orientation, east-south-west, and integrates the kitchen, living room, dining room, and the remaining service rooms in the north block.
It is a space with excellent short and long views at 270º towards the Green Zone and the Golf Course.
At the same time, it is directly connected to the south and northwest Porches.
On the first floor are the three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and ample storage space, including a dressing room in the master bedroom.
All three bedrooms have excellent panoramic views of the golf course, with the master bedroom enjoying triple orientation.
In addition, there are walkable terraces with glass railings, allowing you to enjoy views of the entire golf course on both sides of Rosinyol Street.
Outside, there are paved areas, landscaped with natural grass, and areas with artificial grass.
There is a transition from the paved areas (porches and entrances to the house), artificial grass areas in intermediate spaces, and landscaped areas with artificial grass that merge in continuity with the Golf Course.
